Hotel Reykjavík Centrum
 Ideally set in the historic heart of the capital, the Hotel Reykjavík Centrum was opened in 2005. Occupying three charming structures in the oldest street in the city, its middle, renovated building dates from 1764. ON either side, two new reconstructions designed in 1900-era style feature the Fjalaköttur restaurant, which offers traditional Icelandic dishes, and the cozy Uppsalir bar and café. All guestrooms are rendered in contemporary décor and furnishings complemented by subtle earth hues. Each is fitted with private bathroom, telephone, satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet access, hair dryer, safe, minibar and coffee/tea service.
