Alumni Awards
Alumni Club Awards
The Tulane Alumni Association designated 1998 a year for focusing on its club cities program and created the Outstanding Alumni Club Awards. Since then, the clubs have grown, not only geographically with clubs as far as Beijing, but with the quality and diversity of events which renew the affiliations of alumni to Tulane and one another. The Awards have developed into 3 categories: the Ripples Award honors clubs which are developing and have shown great strides; the Green Wave Award recognizes the efforts in meeting partial criteria, and the Tidal Wave Award honors outstanding accomplishments in all of the criteria. The criteria are: good communication, best events, diverse population, number of events and the use of resources.
