Vice President for Alumni Relations
Responsible for developing, implementing, and expanding efforts to reach and engage the university’s alumni base to further drive constituent engagement, support fundraising activities, and university advancement initiatives. Mr. Stofan is the university’s chief liaison with the Tulane Alumni Association Board of Directors, as well as with alumni club leadership and other alumni constituencies around the world.
Associate Director of Alumni Relations
Oversees administrative operations and responsibilities of the Office of Alumni Affairs Lifecycle Programs section. Provides leadership and direction in the planning and implementation of a comprehensive lifecycle alumni outreach program. Delegates work assignments and supervises the activities of section employees. Evaluates employee performance with ongoing model that includes behavioral performance standards. Reports regularly to the Executive Director of Alumni Affairs on the project status of Lifecycle Programs.
Director, Health Sciences Alumni Relations
Responsibilities include coordination and planning programs that identify, engage, and involve Tulane University Health Sciences Center (TUHSC) constituencies with the university and with one another, along with programs that provide involvement with TUHSC schools, research and clinical programs, alumni, parents, friends, patients, and other groups affiliated with TUHSC. Staffs the Tulane Medical School Alumni Association and the School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine Alumni Association boards and serves as the Executive Director. Coordinates and plans programs for Tulane emeritus alumni. Plans and directs the annual Tulane University Educational Conference. Acts as the liaison with the TUHSC Board of Governors for the Senior Vice President for Health Sciences.

Senior Alumni Relations Assistant
Provides the primary Alumni House manager duties for the Alumni Affairs Office. Rents Alumni House for social events and meetings. Serves as receptionist. Provides clerical assistance to Alumni Affairs office with project assignments as designated. Serves as an example of quality customer service.
Senior Program Coordinator for Office Operations
Develops budget for the Office of Alumni Affairs (OAA) and for the Tulane Alumni Association (TAA) and its 50+ alumni clubs. Keep all accounting for the OAA and the TAA. Provides monthly recaps of expenditures to Institutional Advancement and to the TAA Finance Committee and the 50+ Alumni Club Presidents. Supervises the Senior Alumni Affairs Assistant receptionist/house manager, and the student employees. Coordinates all purchasing, invoicing, and office accounting. Coordinates all human resources actions. Coordinates all printing and mailing for the OAA and the TAA events. Assists the Tulane Alumni Association by coordinating and attending meetings of the Executive Committee and the Finance Committee. Provides assistance to the Director of Alumni Affairs.
Information Systems Specialist
Develops and manages the alumni club listservs. Updates alumni website with new content. Serves as a contact person and project coordinator for the online alumni community. Maintains Tulane's email for life database. Serves as liaison to the Tulane Alumni Association Communications and Marketing Committee and the University Homecoming/Reunion Committees.
Senior Program Coordinator
Serves as the Advisor to the Student Alumni Ambassadors (SAA) in order to engage current students in social, educational and community service activities as they prepare to become alumni of the university. Plans and executes the annual Hometown Party Program, the University's annual Taste of New Orleans to welcome incoming students, as well as the Senior Sendoff Party to honor graduating students. Represents the Alumni Affairs Office on various campus-wide committees. Serves as chair of the Tulane University Homecoming Committee and the Staff Representative to the Tulane Alumni Association Nominating Committee.
Senior Program Coordinator Volunteer Management
Responsible for developing/implementing an alumni engagement metrics analysis system. Provides support and leadership to the TAA nominating committee and community outreach task force. Provides support and incentive to alumni volunteers through TAA board of directors and alumni club leadership development programs and succession planning. Plans and implements volunteer leadership conferences and leadership education. Serves as liaison to the TAA Community Outreach Committee.
Senior Program Coordinator for Alumni Clubs
Strengthens the Tulane presence in assigned cities by organizing, coordinating, staffing and supporting creative alumni club programming. Coordinate, organize and support Alumni Affairs activities as well as programs of the Tulane Alumni Association Board. Support the Emeritus Club and the Community Outreach Committee of the Tulane Alumni Association. Works closely with volunteers, students, peers and campus departments.
