About the Club
Local Tulane Clubs operate in numerous cities around the United States and the world, offering social, educational, and cultural activities for area alumni. The clubs are constituent members of the Tulane Alumni Association.
Activities of the club are planned and organized by local alumni with the assistance of the Tulane Office of Alumni Affairs. Therefore, your ideas and your help are always welcome. The continued success of the club is dependent upon your involvement, so please contact the club president to get involved.

BANANAS FOSTER - Made at the PotLuck by Carla Gasparini
(1 large serving)
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon brown sugar
1 ripe banana, peeled and cut into slices
A dash of cinnamon
1 tablespoon banana liqueur
1 oz of white rum
1 oz of brandy (optional)
Pecan pieces
Vanilla ice cream
Place all ingredients in oven safe container. Sprinkle cinnamon over bananas. Place in oven for 5 min at 350 F or until the butter melts. Place bananas and carmalized sugar/butter mix over ice cream. Top with pecan pieces.

Mardi Gras Party
Join the Tulane Club of Austin to celebrate Mardi Gras on Fat Tuesday, February 21st from 6 to 8 at Lucy's Retired Surfers Bar. Lucy's is putting on a great Mardi Gras party complete with live music, a crawfish boil, po-boys, king cake, hurricanes, contests and prizes. Everyone will be responsible for their own food and drink purchases.
