The Nominating Committee of the Tulane Alumni Association is seeking nominations to fill 14 open directorships on the board to be seated July 1, 2013. The schools of Business, Law, Liberal Arts, Medicine, and Public Health, as well as Newcomb-Tulane College, each have one director position available. In addition, there are 5 director positions to be elected to represent the Tulane Clubs along with three At-Large positions.
Please make a concentrated effort to inform us of those individuals you feel possess the skills and talents to serve on our board. You may suggest as many individuals as you wish. Each nominee should be contacted prior to their nomination in order to determine their willingness to serve and to have them provide you with their current resume to be forwarded to the nominating committee. We ask that you consult the following three documents to aid you in making your recommendations:
•Job description for Alumni Association Directors from Tulane Clubs and from individual Schools
•Set of expectations for Board Directors
