- One piece of advice you’d give to students starting at Tulane: You are starting almost everything new as a freshman: new friends, new responsibilities, new routines, etc. Whether this is daunting or exciting for you, just remember all of the freshmen have to deal with this and that you are not alone in this situation. Be yourself, try new things, and everything will fall into place.
