Terms of Service, Didn't Read is a crowd sourced effort to "translate" terms of service agreements from legal jargonese into plain English and then rate those services for consumer friendliness. Derek Toten says, "This is a work in progress, but worth following."

Stack Overflow is probably the absolute best question and answer site for programmers in the entire inter-web right now. It features questions and answers on a wide range of topics in computer programming and is very useful when you have a question to ask.
