Greenspace is Retiring

After February 8, 2013, Technology Services will discontinue  the Greenspace online file storage service for most users. Box is replacing  Greenspace as Tulane's primary online file storage and sharing solution for  faculty and staff.  Box offers many  benefits including 25GB of storage and easy to use features for sharing  and collaboration. 

As Box is not yet approved for storing and sharing HIPAA data, Tulane faculty and staff who have been identified as  HIPAA users will be able to continue using Greenspace.  These users have been contacted individually  by Technology Services. 

Users who have any questions about either of these services,  or which category they belong in should contact boxadmin@tulane.edu, for assistance with inquiries  on Greenspace HIPAA accounts and questions about Box.
