In the lobby of the Monroe Hall, Ronald Williams receives the cover of a ceiling light from Tirzo Hernandez as Michael Augustine looks on. The three men, all from the maintenance department, were preparing lighting fixtures to receive electrical work. With the spring semester scheduled to begin on Jan. 14, work crews are buttoning-down the campus in a number of projects, both large and small.
