Anne Levy

Anne Levy, a Holocaust survivor, recalls the struggle of daily life in the Warsaw Ghetto during the Nazi occupation of Poland. Levy was the keynote speaker at a teachers' workshop sponsored by the Southern Institute for Education and Research at Tulane University. In 1989, Levy repeatedly confronted David Duke, a Holocaust denier and former leader of the Ku Klux Klan, who was running for political office in Louisiana.
