Electronic System Opens All reviews will be recorded electronically using the same online system as last year in PeopleFlow. The system is anticipated to be available on December 1, 2013 at https://bpm.tulane.edu.
Deadline for Reviews Reviews must be completed by February 28, 2014.
Tulane ID Numbers Tulane ID numbers are required to complete reviews. Tulane ID numbers may be found at Gibson Online or on the employee’s Splash Card.
Training and Support are available on the WFMO website under the “Performance Review User Support” page to assist in using the tool. Additionally, departments may request training sessions to be conducted by WFMO Employee Support Services by contacting Ruth Wilson at email@example.com.
Performance reviews offer you and your staff a great way to facilitate open, face-to-face communication, to discuss your employee’s job performance over the past year, and to identify ways your staff member can contribute to the University's success as well as their own professional growth. A meaningful review is an important component of employee job satisfaction, engagement and retention. The review tool is comprised of three sections: 1) Employee Results, 2) Tulane Values and 3) Growth.
