You didn't really read the Terms of Service, did you?  Terms of Service, Didn't Read is a crowd sourced effort to "translate" terms of service agreements from legal jargonese into plain English and then rate those services for consumer friendliness.  Derek Toten says, "This is a work in progress, but worth following."
