The Technology Services Center is a point of contact for laptop and handheld support, with special skills in virus prevention and removal. The Technology Services Center offers a variety of services for personally owned laptops, some free and some fee based. Please see the rate card for more information.
The Technology Services Center intake point is located in the Howard Tilton Memorial Library Technology Support Desk.

The Technology Services Center is open to all members of the Tulane community who need help with a (personally owned) laptop and/or (personally or Tulane owned) handheld device such as a smartphone.
Some issues, such as configuration checks and wireless set up, can be done while the user waits, however in most cases the device will need to be left with the Technology Services Center technicians. Please bring the power supply and any system software that came with the computer. While your laptop is being serviced, please plan to use one of the computers in the Technology Commons.
The Technology Services Center is not able to accept more than 20 laptops for diagnosis at a time. Laptops are addressed on a first-come, first-served queue.
