Users may experience login problems using the Safari browser

Update: Safari browser login issues have been resolved. Any users still experiencing problems logging in with Safari should contact the TSNOC at help@tulane.edu.


Certain versions of the Safari browser will not work with ADFS (Active Directory Federation Services) authentication. Most reported issues involve Tulane users unable to log in to WaveMail or Box accounts. Users are advised to use an alternate browser such as Firefox or Chrome in the short term.
