Due to a hardware issue in the data center, access to the Tulane.local file shares has been intermittent throughout the day. In order to improve service and to allow technicians to investigate the core problem, all files will be moved to an alternate blade server tonight from 9pm to 11pm. All Tulane.local shared files will be unavailable during this time.

Please note that users may encounter a black screen upon logging into their desktop joined to the Tulane.local domain. A reboot appears to remedy the problem, but fileshares may be inaccessible. Technology Services is aware of the issue and working on a resolution.
