Technology Services will be performing maintenance on the university's Cisco/Tandberg videoconferencing infrastructure on Monday, June 17-Wednesday, June 19 from 8:00am-5pm CST. During this period, the Jabber Video (Movi) desktop videoconferencing client and the following videoconferencing room systems will not be available for making video calls:
This maintenance will not affect AccessGrid/IOCOM videoconferencing systems. Normal operations will resume after the maintenance is complete.
If you have already scheduled a videoconference event during this period, please contact Don Elbers (delbers@tulane.edu) so that the maintenance schedule can be adjusted.
Banner will be unavailable Sunday, June 16th from 8am to 9am due to system maintenance. Both Banner and Gibson will be unavailable.
The Blackboard data center in Northern Virginia may be experiencing severe weather. Blackboard has taken all necessary precautions to prevent loss of service to myTulane/Blackboard LMS, but users should be aware of the possibility.
Technology Services continues to work with Microsoft to resolve WaveMail issues. Users still experiencing connectivity problems should reboot their computers.
Technology Services has redirected IPV6 traffic to IPv4 in order to remedy connectivity problems.
