Storage, meeting space, banner-making materials and other supplies are available for recognized or provisional student organizations in the Student Organization Center in the garden level of the Lavin-Bernick Center. The majority of forms used by Student Programs are submittable through OrgSync. Financial forms and forms requiring signatures are available online.
The Motor Vehicle Report Consent Form is the first step to becoming an authorized driver through the Office of Institutional Risk Management. All drivers, regardless of the type of vehicle being driven (personal, rental, or university owned), must be authorized drivers in order to transport club members to and from off-campus events.
You MUST be an approved authorized driver for 12-passenger vans according to your MVR status in order to complete the 12-passenger Road Test Request. Training will include a 45-minute classroom session and a 45-minute behind the wheel driving test.
The Motor Pool is available for use by all student organizations for approved off-campus events in the greater New Orleans area. All vehicle requests must be submitted at least 3 weeks in advance. All drivers must be University-approved. Complete the Motor Pool Vehicle Request to reserve a vehicle.
