You must first pay your commitment deposit before you can make your reservation. Please allow 1 business day after your commitment deposit posts for your record to be activated in our reservation system.
Proceed through the personal information, questionnaire, dates and guest sections and complete your reservation by using the secure credit card payment process. You'll see the current number of available spaces in each session on the “dates” screen in the reservation system. Your session date is not reserved until you finalize the payment.
Log in again and go to the different pages of the reservation by using the navigation check boxes on the left side of the screen or use the "save and continue" arrows at the bottom of the screen. Edit your reservation and save your changes. If you make any changes that require additional fees you’ll be prompted to pay the balance. If your change creates a credit we will process that upon your arrival.
Log in to the reservation system and use the "Send a Message" tab at the top right portion of the screen to tell us you need to cancel. We will request a credit to the card used to make the payment. Allow 14 days for processing since processing times vary by banks and credit card companies. Cancellation requests received by Monday, May 19, 2014, 11:59 PM CDT will be refunded in full. There will be a $25 cancellation fee for all requests received after 12:00 AM CDT Tuesday, May 20, 2014. There will be no refunds issued for no-shows.
