This test is performed stepwise. Collagen 2A1 is performed first. If a mutation is identified in COL2A1, the charge for the test will be $1400. If no mutation is found in COL2A1, we proceed to COL11A1 unless otherwise notified and the charge will be $2300.(COL2A1 and COL11A1 for Stickler/Marshall Syndrome can be ordered separately.
