Congratulations Dr. Michael O'Brien

Dr. O'Brien was recently elected as an Associate Member of the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons (ASES) in October. He was also selected as the Tulane School of Medicine Junior Faculty Representative for the American Medical Colleges (AAMC) Council  of Faculty and Academic Societies (CFAS).  To read more please click here

Dr. Stephen Heinrich Joins Tulane Orthopaedics

It is with great pleasure that we welcome Stephen D. Heinrich, MD, to the faculty of Tulane Orthopaedics. Dr. Heinrich is a graduate of the University of Arizona School of Medicine and completed his Orthopaedic Residency at the Medical College of Virginia. He completed a Fellowship in Pediatric Orthopaedics at Children’s Hospital, New Orleans, and an Observership in Orthopaedic Oncology at Shands Teaching Hospital of the University of Florida. He is well-known throughout the region and nation, having been at Children’s Hospital of New Orleans from 1989 until April 2015, and having served as Chairman of Orthopaedics at Children’s from 2008 to 2014. His practice in Pediatric Orthopaedics and Orthopaedic Oncology will be based at Tulane Lakeside Hospital for Women and Children in Metairie.
