 At the Tulane Cancer Center, our mission is to provide the best possible cancer care, to educate the cancer specialists of today and tomorrow, and through research to provide the next generation of treatments and cures for cancer and related diseases. The Tulane Cancer Center provides cancer prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation with an emphasis on convenience for our patients and their families and with a multidisciplinary, team approach to comprehensive cancer care. Our cancer specialists are able to conference together easily — with each other and with our referring community physicians — to discuss options and to establish the best course of action for each patient. And when their cancer treatment is completed, we send our patients back to their referring community physicians for continued medical care. |
