Freeman School of Business, the Law School, and the School of Continuing Studies, as well as the Murphy Institute.

CELT's mission is to enhance student learning and to pursue the development of engagement-based and experiential curriculums across all University Schools and Centers as well as Newcomb-Tulane College.

Gabe works with the Provost and other members of the senior University administration to monitor, coordinate, and verify compliance with National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), Conference USA, and University rules and regulations regarding athletic competition and related activities. In this role, he assists coaches, administrators, faculty, and students in maintaining the academic integrity of all athletic programs.

Rick works with both the Office of Academic Affairs and the President's Office on issues related to civic engagement and social entrepreneurship. He provides guidance and leadership on a wide range of matters in the social innovation arena such as the development of course curricula, research agendas, external relations, and fundraising. Rick also helps to develop and sustain key partnerships and collaborative endeavors with community agencies, socially innovative enterprises, and non-profit organizations.

Ann oversees the administrative operations of the Provost’s Office, and is the Chief of the Provost's Staff. She assists the Provost in planning meetings with the Deans’ Council, the Board of Administrators of Tulane University, and the general staff. She maintains the database on all faculty, updates the Faculty Handbook, and when necessary, acts as liaison to search advisory committees for senior academic leadership positions.

Katie is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing campus-wide assessment activities. These efforts include the creation and execution of student learning and institutional effectiveness assessment plans and improvement initiatives. Katie also plays an integral role in coordinating the University’s reaffirmation reviews with its core accreditation agency, the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS).

Alysia manages the budget and financial activities for the Provost's office. She is the financial liaison to all Schools, the University Budget Office, and the University Accounting Office. She also maintains the office website and supervises student workers.

Erin provides administrative support for the Associate Provosts, Assistant Provosts, and the Director of Budget and Financial Affairs. She assists with the day-to-day operations of the Provost’s Office and is the primary contact for conference room scheduling. As the front desk manager, she greets visitors, directs phone calls, handles incoming and outgoing mail, and receives and tracks documents related to faculty appointment, promotion and tenure.

Kathryn is responsible for the coordination and evaluation of university-wide faculty development initiatives. These efforts include the coordination of the NIH-sponsored BIRCWH career development program, facilitation of interdisciplinary interactions that foster faculty development and scholarly engagement, and identification of best practices and strategies for enhancing faculty development and scholarly activity.

Ashley manages the day-to-day operations of the office and assists the Director with event planning, development of recruitment materials, and website development.
