With local media in attendance, Paul Flower speaks during the dedication of the Donna and Paul Flower Hall for Research and Innovation. The dedication culminated a 14-month-long project to construct the 24,000-square-foot facility. Flower, the president and CEO of Woodward Design + Build, received a master's degree in engineering from Tulane in 1975.
