Amid a flurry of good-humored bickering, Mary Matalin turns over the lectern to her husband, James Carville, at the outset of Thursday's (Nov. 15) annual summit of the Bipartisan Policy Center. For the fourth straight year, the nation's premier political odd couple were co-hosts of the event, which brings together a bipartisan group of politicians, pundits and players to discuss contemporary issues in American politics. As it has in the past, the summit took place on the Tulane uptown campus.
