Restaurateur and author Hari Nayak signs a copy of his latest cookbook during the grand opening of Cafe Spice in the Lavin-Bernick Center on the Tulane University uptown campus Wednesday (Oct. 30). The eatery, which features recipes created by Nayak, has locations across the country, including on 12 university campuses.
