Max Delfino, age 2, inspects the progress of work on a new pedestrian plaza in front of Newcomb Hall with his mom, Elizabeth Holt. Holt received a PhD in 2010 from the Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. Max has yet to declare his major.
Construction of the plaza is scheduled to be completed in October.
