The 13th annual Helluva Hullabaloo Auction will officially kick off its 2014 online auction on Thursday (June 5) on Charitybuzz. After raising nearly $700,000 last year to support the work of Tulane University in the community and its student-athletes, the Hullabaloo Auction is planning a summer of giving filled with online excitement as impactful as the work students perform each day in New Orleans and around the globe.

Items available for bid in this year’s auction include one-of-a-kind experiences at sporting events, autographed memorabilia and exclusive entertainment packages. There are numerous items offered to the highest bidder through June 25, with a variety of opportunities for Tulane alumni, fans and supporters to get involved.

Green Wave fans looking to celebrate the inaugural season in Yulman Stadium have a variety of football-related events to bid on, including tickets to sit in the Jill H. and Avram A. Glazer Family Club, a private party for 50 in the Iberia Bank Bunker Suite, becoming a member of the Green Wave broadcast team, and a party for 100 on The New Orleans Advocate Deck.

Professional sports enthusiasts can choose from items such as tickets to an Atlanta Braves baseball game, an array of NFL games and a NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Race at Daytona International Speedway. Avid golfers can choose from several members-only golf outings at top courses.

Entertainment items up for bid include VIP tickets to “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” “Late Night with Seth Meyers” and Katy Perry’s Summer Concert Tour. Bidders can also “lassiez le bon temps rouler” down St. Charles Avenue in the 2015 Orpheus parade at Mardi Gras.
